If you wish to return goods, please email us your order number and the reason for the return, and we will check the quality of the product and update you on the location of the warehouse in the US/UK/EU/JP/CN. Our email address is: support@geekvr.com

If the return is caused by the consumer, the consumer should be responsible for the shipping fee. The specific fee should be based on the express company you choose.

If the goods received are damaged or incorrect due to our reasons, the consumer is not required to bear the shipping fee for this reason.

Holiday Returns Policy

Geekvr has extended the Holiday Returns Policy for 2024. Orders purchased between October 11th, 2024 and December 25th, 2024 are eligible for return until January 31st, 2025.

Return Fees

The customer will be responsible for sending back the product to our warehouse for an exchange or return. Due to the new relationship with the warehouse, GEEKVR charges $5 for each item that is being returned to the warehouse. We appreciate your understanding.

Returns (if applicable)

We accept returns of products. Customers have the right to request a return within 30 days of product delivery. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. The product must also be in the original box.

Cancellation

Cancellation is only possible before the product has been dispatched or produced. If the order is successfully canceled, you will receive your refund. We cannot cancel the order if the product has already been shipped.
