Do you ship internationally?
We ship worldwide except certain restricted countries. USA, UK and Japan orders are shipped from local warehouses. Please check the shipping policy about the countries that we don't ship to.
How much does shipping cost?
Basically, shipping fee is 25USD. It may vary depending on products weight and certain country import policies.
When will my order be shipped?
Most orders are processed within 2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your payment. Pre-order product is excluded. For more information, please read our shipping policy.
How long does shipping take?
We ship orders via DHL, UPS, USPS or Fedex express shipping from local warehouse, which usually takes 3-8 business days. In other situations, it also may take up to 30 days to ship to your address.
Will I have to pay for International taxes and import duties?
USA, UK and Japan customers don't have to pay any import duty or sale tax since their orders are shipped from the local warehouse. Pre-order product is excluded and may vary.
Customers in other countries will be responsible for paying additional import duty on their own. Please contact your local customs office for customs policies. For more information, please read our importy duty and tax policy.
Why did my payment fail?
Most of the time, the payment is declined by customers' credit card issuing bank for security reasons or due to the settings of your credit card. You can try with the same card again at a later time, contact your bank to authorize the payment, use an alternative card or PayPal. For more information, please check payment methods. What is 3D Secure Authentication?
If the card-issuing bank identifies a possible fraudulent transaction, they will require customers to pass a 3D Secure Authentication. 3D Secure is an additional verification step to verify that you are the owner of the credit card. When 3D Secure Authentication is triggered, you will be redirected to an authentication page on your bank's website where you enter a password associated with the card or a code sent to your phone. If you cannot pass 3D authentication and think it is a mistake, you can contact us at email@example.com for manual authentication by our stuff.
