Do you ship internationally?

We are eager to bring Geekvr to the world by offering international shipping.

Will I have to pay for International taxes and import duties?

Because we utilize small packages and a specific carrier, most of our customers (in the US, EU, UK, and AU) do not need to pay import taxes. Currently, 99% of our customers are exempt from taxes. However, if any taxes are incurred, customers will be responsible for paying the additional import duties themselves.

How long does shipping take?

It normally takes 7-15 business days for orders to arrive. Your order will be dispatched from the nearest warehouse with stock availability.

How much does shipping cost?

Shipping fee is 7.99USD. It may vary depending on products weight and certain country import policies.

When will my order be shipped?

Most orders are processed within 2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your payment. Pre-order product is excluded.

Why did my payment fail?

Most of the time, the payment is declined by customers' credit card issuing bank for security reasons or due to the settings of your credit card. You can try with the same card again at a later time, contact your bank to authorize the payment, use an alternative card or PayPal. For more information, please check payment methods. What is 3D Secure Authentication?

If the card-issuing bank identifies a possible fraudulent transaction, they will require customers to pass a 3D Secure Authentication. 3D Secure is an additional verification step to verify that you are the owner of the credit card. When 3D Secure Authentication is triggered, you will be redirected to an authentication page on your bank's website where you enter a password associated with the card or a code sent to your phone. If you cannot pass 3D authentication and think it is a mistake, you can contact us at support@geekvr.com for manual authentication by our stuff.

How can I return my order and get a refund?

How long does your warranty last？
