Shipping FAQs
Where is the item coming from?
The majority of our inventory is sold from our warehouses in the EU, US, and UK, with a select few items coming from the warehouse in Mainland China. Pre-sale items come from our China warehouse.
Where do you ship and how much does it cost?
We provide international shipping all over the world. The product price does not include shipping cost. The online system will generate a shipping fee for your order. When your order is above certain amount, FREE SHIPPING is available.
Customs & Regulations
In rare cases, orders may incur customs fees charged by your government, not our site.
For customers from the EU (for example, Germany), UK, and US affected by customs clearance, we give priority to sending packages from warehouses in the EU, UK, and US so customers don't need to pay tax if we have the products in stock. Otherwise, the goods will be shipped from warehouses in Hong Kong. In rare cases, orders may incur customs fees. If customs fees are incurred, it is the buyer's responsibility to cooperate with customs clearance and pay the clearance fee. Please first understand the local customs clearance policy and fees before confirming and making a purchase.
Please note that customers in Brazil may be required to pay up to 60% in customs fees.
How can I track my order?

Please note that the tracking information will be displayed 1-3 business days after you receiving the nitification e-mail. Please contact us support@geekvr.com if you have any questions with your tracking number.
Why I can’t track my order?
Please note that tracking information will be displayed 3-5 business days after being updated due to Customs. If a tracking number is not searchable after this period of time, there are several possible causes: The shipping company has not yet updated the most recent delivery information on their website; the tracking code is wrong; the parcel has been delivered a long time ago and the shipping company has removed it from the tracking code history. We suggest you contact our Customer Service at support@geekvr.com in those situations and we will provide you with your tracking number. We will contact the delivery company on your behalf and you will be informed once there is further information. Please kindly note the international shipping takes time, it usually takes about 8-15 days. It may not be showing any updates on the internet, but actually, your package is still on the move, just be patient and track your package a few days later.
The courier tried to deliver but I wasn't at home, what should I do?
Please contact the courier. Usually, they will resent your package on the next working day, but sometimes they just ask you to pick up your package at their office.
The tracking site says Delivered but I haven’t received my order yet.
Please note that we provide a tracking number to each customer. It is the customer's responsibility to track their orders. Kindly contact your local post office if the parcel arrived at your country. Please contact our Customer Service at support@geekvr.com for further assistance. We are not responsible for any stolen packages.
Delivery
Your order may be delivered to you by either the local post office or a local courier. If you are not home when the delivery is made, a notice card may be left by the postal service to advise on how and where your delivery can be collected.
MILITARY MAIL
We do NOT ship to military addresses.
